- This kit has been designed to fit 1.6 16v cars (106 GTI / Saxo VTS). Although this kit 'could' be used on an 8v engine, we do not specifically advertise the kit to fit, as we have not personally fitted or tested the kit on that engine. If you wish to fit the kit to an 8v car, you will require a 70-51mm reducing silicone elbow, and may have to modify the mounting bracket.

A breather pipe kit is also available, which routes the breather hose directly into the silicone intake pipe using a breather port adapter. We understand that people use a variety of cam covers, catch tanks and have their own preferences for how they like to have their breather system set up, which is why we chose to make this a standalone product, and not include it in the kit. Vehicle Fitment
This kit can be fitted to any Peugeot 106 or Citroen Saxo, using the 1.6 16v engine. It could be fitted to an 8v engine but you would need to source a different silicon elbow, and the mount would need modifying.
To cater for different setups, this kit is configurable in a few ways.
The air box mount uses a threaded dowl which the mounting pin attaches to. This can be raised or lowered to adjust the height of the airbox. This may be needed to clear an engine brace, or achieve a desired inlet angle.
The inlet side of the airbox is fixed to the outlet side (the long side) with 4x screws. These screws can be removed, and the inlet side can be clocked 90 degrees in any direction. This may be required to achieve your desired angle for your ducting, depending on the car.
The kit can be speced with a choice of air ducts. Style A is a large air duct that fits in place using pre-existing holes, to the right-hand side of the radiator. Style B is a pair of 76mm fog light delete ducts to fit the 106 GTI bumper. Style C is a 76mm universal bell mouth, which could be fitted anywhere of your choosing. Please consider which option you choose before ordering the kit. We will not accept returns and refunds if you have selected the wrong air duct for tour car.
